摘 要: | 斯氏花群海葵多糖Ⅰ和Ⅱ是从生长于我国南海西沙群岛的斯氏花群海葵(Zoanthus stephensoni)中分离提取得到的生理活性物质,它们对大白鼠的血压和兔离体心脏的灌流均有显著影响。多糖Ⅰ能使离体兔心脏的冠脉流量显著减少,心脏收缩力增强;而多糖Ⅱ则能使离体兔心脏冠脉流量显著增加,心脏收缩力显著增强。多糖Ⅰ和Ⅱ都能使大白鼠产生显著的降血压效应。

THE EFFECTS OF THE POLYSACCHARIDES FROM SEA ANEMONE ZOANTHUS STEPHENSONI ON PERFUSED ISOLATED RABBIT HEART TISSUE AND BLOOD PERSSURE OF RATS |

Abstract: | Polysaccharide Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from sea anemone Zoanthus stephensoni which lives in the Xisha Islands. In perfused isolated rabbit heart tissue, polysaccharide Ⅰ caused diminution of blood flow volume of the coronary artery and increase of myocardial contraction, but polysaccharide Ⅱ caused obviously increase of blood flow volume and myocardial contraction. Both polysaccharide Ⅰ and Ⅱ caused a marked hypotensive effect on the anesthetized rats. |
