| Abstract: | The reactive imidoyl chloride adducts generated in situ from the reaction of isocyanide and acyl chlorides were trapped by 2‐mercaptobenzimidazoles to yield highly functionalized dihydrobenzo4,5]imidazo2,1‐b]thiazoles in good yields. |
