| Abstract: | A method for the determination of 16-dehydropregnenolone by coulometric titration was developed. The titration was carried out in a mixture ot lmol/L KBr-glacial acetic acid(1:1V/V), and bromine was generated at the anode. 16-Dehydropregnenolone reacts with bromine with a value of n as 2. The advantage of this method is simple and rapid, it can be used to analyze small amount of sample. |
