| Abstract: | Photoreflectance spectrum of Gallium Telluride in the exciton absorption region is presented and interpreted invoking a light-induced modulation of the exciton Rydberg. An alternative explanation assuming electroreflectance- like effect due to surface field modulation seems to be not adequate to justify the measured line-shape. |
