粘接剂对钛合金异质自冲铆接头力学性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究粘接剂对自冲铆接头性能的影响,分别以TA1-5052和TA1-Q215的单搭自冲铆接头及粘接-自冲铆复合接头为研究对象,采用剖面直观检测法分析接头成形质量,基于静力学试验研究各组接头的静力学性能及失效形式。结果表明:与自冲铆接头相比,复合接头的钉脚张开度和残余底厚值减小;粘接剂对TA1-5052单搭自冲铆接头失效形式无影响,但改变了TA1-Q215单搭自冲铆接头的失效形式;复合接头的静力学性能比自冲铆接头更优;相对于自冲铆接头,TA1-5052复合接头静失效载荷增加了17.5%,能量吸收值增加了13.3%;TA1-Q215复合接头静失效载荷增加了6.8%,能量吸收值增加了25.8%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the impact of adhesive agent on performance of self-piercing riveted (SPR) joint,taking both TA1-5052 and TA1-Q215 single-lap SPR alloy joint and adhesive bondedSPR joint as study objects,adopting cross-section direct visual inspection method for analyzing joint forming quality,experimental study of joint static performance and failure mode was carried out based on static mechanics.Results show that comparing with single-lap SPR joint,the pin opening and residual bottom thickness of adhesive bonded-SPR joint decrease;The adhesive agent has no impact on the failure mode of TA1-5052 single-lap SPR joint,but changes the failure mode of adhesive bondedSPR joint;The static performance of adhesive bonded-SPR joint is better than that of single-lap SPR joint;Comparing with SPR joint,the static failure load of TA1-5052 adhesive bonded-SPR joint increases by 17.5%,and its energy absorption value increases by 13.3%;The static failure load of TA1-Q215 adhesive bonded-SPR joint increases by 6.8%,and its energy absorption value of increases by 25.8%.
