Abstract: | Field desorption has been applied to research the thermal stability of the compounds KnCo(CN)5X], where X=SO3
2–, CN–, NO2
–, NO–, Cl–, Br–, I–, and H2O. A likely mechanism is proposed for the thermal decomposition.
