加铈ZA22-Al2O3短纤维复合材料抗拉强度的理论分析

摘    要:
采用日本AG10TA型电子万能试验机对挤压铸造加05%Ce的ZA22Al2O3短纤维复合材料的抗拉强度进行了测定,并用Friend修正的混合律模型对该试验结果进行了理论分析,理论分析与试验结果吻合较好。在本试验条件下,纤维强化临界体积分数为345%。复合材料中纤维体积分数未超出该值,故复合材料强度低于基体强度。

Abstract:
The tensile strength of squeeze casting ZA22 Al_2O_3 short fiber composites was measured by means of autograph AG 10TA universal testing machines. The experimental results were analysed by means of the rule of mixture model modified by Friend. The theoretical analyses agree well with the experimental results. Under this condition of experiment, the critical fiber volume fraction is 34 5%. Because fiber volume fraction in the composites is not over this value, the tensile strength of the composites is lower than that of ZA22 alloy matrix.
