| Abstract: | A novel class of sulfinamido alcohol ligands 1-6 was synthesized from (S)-tert-butanesulfinamide. These ligands showed excellent catalytic activities and enantiomeric selectivities in asymmetric additions of diethylzinc to aromatic aldehydes. |
