ICP-AES法直接测定金属钕、氧化钕中的稀土和非稀土杂质元素

摘    要:建立了金属钕和氧化钕中24个杂质元素的高频感耦等离子体原子发射光谱直接测定的方法。配制了3组可混听多元素标准溶液,采用基体匹配法和多组分光谱拟合(MSF)技术以消除基体光谱干扰。测定元素的回收率为96.8%-104.0%,精密度为0.92(Ti)%-6.9(Ca)%.

Direct Determination of Rare Earth and Non-Rare Earth Impurity Elements in Nd and Nd2O3 by ICP-AES
Abstract:The method of ICP AES for simultaneous and direct determination of 24 rare earth and non rare earth impurity elements in metal Nd and Nd 2O 3 was studied. Three series of mix soluble multielement standard solutions were prepared. Matrix match method and multi component spectral fitting (MSF) technique were used to eliminate spectral interference of Nd matrix. The determination recoveries were 96.8%~104.0% and relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.92%(Ti)~6.9%(Ca).
