促细胞生长包被丝素蛋白的制备

摘    要:分别以聚乙二醇、明胶、海藻酸钙、壳聚糖/聚乙二醇和多聚L-赖氨五种材料作为包被物用不同方法对丝素蛋白进行预处理,制备5种丝素蛋白包被支架,并探讨它们对HeLa,293T和B16三种细胞生长的促进效果.结果表明,HeLa,293T和B16分别适合多聚L-赖氨酸、壳聚糖/聚乙二醇和海藻酸钙的丝素蛋白包被方法.在包被支架上不同细胞均呈扁平状、集落性附着在丝素蛋白纤维上.本实验获得的丝素蛋白5种包被支架增强了丝素蛋白的弹性、柔软性和黏附性,提高了丝素蛋白的可操作性,且对细胞具有较好的生物相容性和明显的促进生长作用.

Abstract:Silk fibroin was coated by five materials(PEG,gelatin,calcium alginate,chitosan/PEG and poly-L-lysine) with different methods,and then five kinds of frames were prepared.Their growth-promoting effects of those frames on cells HeLa,293T and B16 were discussed.The results show that cells HeLa,293T and B16 were suitable for the coated silk fibroin by poly-L-lysine,chitosan/PEG and calcium alginate respectively.On the coated silk fibroin,different cells were flat,colony attached on silk fibroin.Those five coate...
