常速度拉伸实验惯性效应的实验研究

摘    要:本文统计了150根A3低碳钢比例拉伸试件的断口位置,并测定了常速度拉伸(400mm/min,0.5mm/min)时应变随时间和沿杆长的分布以及应力应变关系;发现72%试件的断口靠近不动端内。同一时刻在设定速度为400mm/min时杆中最大工程应变差18%.

Abstract:The statistics of broken place of 150 scaled tensile specimens made of A3lowcarbon steel is prasented in this paper. In these tensile tests, the changes of strain at any time as well as the stress-strain relations under constant velocity (400mm/min, 0.5mm/min) have been determined. It is found that the broken places of 72% of the specimens are located near Lo/3 from the fixed end. In the meantime, it is also found that, under given velocity 400mm/min,the maxmium of engineering strain difference is 18%.
