| 摘 要： | 用三元扩散偶电子探针微区分析技术成功地测定了Nb-W-Zr三元系1373K等温截面图,该等温截面包括两个单相区"α" 和 (W,Nb)2Zr, 以及一个两相区 "α" + (W,Nb)2Zr 。其中Nb 在(W,Nb)2Zr 中的最大固溶读度为 12.23at.%。
