Abstract:Aza-crown ether polysloxane(PUAC-15-C-5 or PUAC-18-C6) is a new medium-po-rarity stationary phase that exhibits excellent selectivity for non-polar compounds ,easily polariz-able aromatic compounds and polar compounds.Their separation mechanisms and thermodynamic characterization of molecular recognzation have been investigated by measuring various chromatographic retention data and thermodynamic parameters of alcohols,esters,aromatic compounds,substituted phenol and halohydrocarbon.The selective separation of bentonal isomers on PUAC-15-C-5 column is made as example.
