摘    要:煤表面亲水性是影响水煤浆(CWS)流变性能的重要因素。关于表面活性剂和煤岩组成对煤亲水性影响的研究比较少,本文在这方面进行了一些工作,旨在弄清神木煤配CWS的制约因素。1.实验部分煤样采自神府煤田神木区四门沟矿3~(-1)层。用手选法选出镜煤和丝炭,经破碎、筛分制成80—180目研究样品。

Abstract:The surface structure of Shenmu vitrain and fusain was correlated with their hydrophilic properties under conditions with or without surfactants. The oxygen containing functional groups on the surface were studied by FTIR-PAS. The pore structure was measured by CO_2 adsorption. It was found that the hydrophilic property of the macerals without addition of surfactants depends mainly on acidic group on their surface, whereas under the condition with surfactants it depends on both the oxygen content on the surface of the macerals and their total surface area. It is apparent that the high oxygen-containing functional group content and the high inertinite content in Shenmu coal are important factors in preparing CWS from Shenmu coal.
