| 摘 要： | 为探讨患儿厌食与血微量元素之间的关系，用等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了厌食症患儿与正常对照组血微量元素锌、铁、铜、钙、镁含量。结果表明，厌食症组患儿血清锌明显低于对照组（P〈0．001），而铁与对照组相比差异明显（P〈0．05），而两组血铜、钙、镁比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．005）。提示厌食症患儿与血微量元素缺乏密切相关，要重视儿童营养，强调科学、合理的喂养方法和良好的生活习惯。

| Abstract: | To study the relationship between children with anorexia and trace elements in the blood. Method; the levels of trace elements in the blood in children with anorexia and normal children We're determined by ICP AES. The result shows that Zn in serum in children with anorexia is significantly lower than control group ( P < 0. 001 ) , Fe in serum in children with anorexia is obviously different from children in control group (P < 0. 05 ) , and Cu, Ca, Mg in two groups have no statistical significance (P > 0. 005). It concludes children with anorexia are closely related to deficiency of trace elements in the blood. It is necessary to pay great attention to children nutrition, scientific and rational feeding methods, good habits. |
