| 摘 要： | 基于设计和编制的人力资本-经济投入产出表,构造人力资本-经济投入产出模型,分析中国人力资本投资的经济效应,包括人力资本投资对国民经济各产业部门的影响、人力资本投资的前向效应和后向效应,结果表明目前人力资本投资对中国国民经济发展尚未形成较大的前向效应.

| Abstract: | The input-output table of human capital-economic was designed and composed. Basing on the input-output model of human capital-economic, the economic impact to outputs of various industrial sectors, the forward effects and backward effects of China′s human capital investment was analyzed. The results show that the current investment of human capital has not yet formed a bigger backward effect for China′s economic development. |
