傅里叶变换红外光谱分析技术在预防医学领域的应用

摘    要:本文从环境污染、生命科学、应用开发及最新红外分析方法四方面阐述了傅里叶变换红外光谱分析技术在预防医学领域的具体应用:在环境污染领域主要叙述了气红联用(GC/FTIR)技术在环境复杂有机污染体系分析中的优势、局限性及解决途径;在生命科学领域主要叙述了红外光谱分析技术在蛋白质二级结构、膜蛋白、脂、核酸及细胞、组织等复杂体系研究中的具体应用;另外,还介绍了的红外光谱分析技术在食品、化妆品及保健药品等领域的具体应用及几种最新红外分析方法。

Abstract:This paper expatiated the applications for Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis technique in preventive medicine field from four aspects of environmental pollution, life science,and the latest infrared analysis methods and near infraed analysis technique.In the environmental pollution field,it mainly described the advantages,the limitations and the solutions of the combined applications for gas chromatograph and Fourier transform infrared spectrum.In the life science field, it described the application for Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis technique on protein secondary structure,membrane protein,phospholipid,nucleic acid,cell,tissue.In addition,it also introduced a few latest infrared analysis methods and the applications for near infrared spectrum analysis technique in food, cosmetic, drug.
