磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4的制备及其催化氧化性能

摘    要:采用固相反应法制备磁载体(SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4),溶胶-凝胶法得到易于磁分离回收的磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4。用XRD、SEM、IR和UV-Vis等进行表征。研究了太阳光下催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色性能。结果表明,在太阳光下,磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4可使亚甲基蓝溶液迅速脱色;3次循环使用后脱色率仍为95%以上,回收率为98.8%。

Abstract:TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 have been successfully prepared by sol-gel method with magnetic core SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 as matrix obtained by solid-phase reaction. Th ese samples were characterized by IR, XRD, and UV-Vis, respectively. Photocatal ytic activity of the catalyst was tested with methylene blue as decoloration sub stance. The results show that this novel photocatalysts can make methylene blue solution decoloration quickly under sunlight; The decoloration efficiency of TiO 2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 attains 95%and the recycle efficiency of TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2 .5O4 still keeps 98.8%after being used three times.
