宁波大学教职工中隐性肥胖者体成分特征

对宁波大学教职工体成分测试数据进行了统计分析，结果表明：男性隐性肥胖的发生率没有明显的变化趋势，而女性隐性肥胖的发生率有随年龄增加的趋势；35岁之后隐性肥胖的发生率开始出现明显的性别差异，女性隐性肥胖的发生率明显高于男性；男性隐性肥胖者机体的有效成分含量的减少更为明显，而女性隐性肥胖者是以脂肪含量的增加为特征；隐性肥胖者均存在脂肪分布不均衡的现象，表现为腰臀比均明显高于标准人群．认为高校教职工的隐性肥胖发生率较高，同时存在有效成分减少和脂肪含量增加及分布不均衡的现象．

Characteristics of Body Composition for Staff and Faculty Members in Ningbo University with Recessive Obesity

Body composition tests are conducted to a given number of staff and faculty members in Ningbo University using experiment, related reports and statistic measures. The integrated results are summarized as follows： For male employees, there is no obvious trend in changes in terms of recessive obesity occurrence rate. In contrast, for female employees, the occurrence rate can be easily noted for its increase as they grow older. The sexual difference of occurrence rate caused by recessive obesity becomes apparent after age of 35. The occurrence rate of recessive obesity for females is apparently higher than that for males, and the ingredient content of the body with recessive obesity decrease more noticeably for males. The females＇ recessive obesity is characterized by the increase of body fat. It is found that imbalance of fat distribution exists in both males and females, noted by their rate of waist-to-hip being above standard average. The research results indicate that high occurrence rate of recessive obesity is found among the staff and faculty members in university, noted also are the decrease of effective body composition, increase and uneven distribution of body fat.
