| Abstract: | A new antofoeusing method called off-axis detection (OAD) method is deoeloped. It used no ether elements except a off-axis arranged quadrant detector . It has the advantages of simplicity, good reliablity, high sensitivity, better linearity and can be used in many fields, especially, in optical disk. The principle of the OAD method is described and the results of computer simulation and experiment are given. |
