鸡胆汁的红外吸收光谱特性

摘    要:鸡胆汁提取物具有良好的抗炎和抗肿瘤活性。将鸡胆汁与其它动物胆汁阴干,分别做红外吸收光谱;再将各种不同来源的鸡胆汁阴干,分别比较其红外吸收光谱。研究结果表明:鸡胆汁与其它动物胆汁的红外吸收光谱有着明显的不同,具有特征性;而各种不同来源的鸡胆汁的红外吸收光谱却有着很好的一致性。揭示鸡胆汁与其它动物胆汁相比化学组成各不相同;而各类鸡胆汁具有基本相同的化学组成。

Abstract:It has been proved by medicinal practice that the extraction from chicken bile has excellent antiphlogistic and anti-tumour effects. Chicken bile and the biles of various animals were dried and after IR spectral analyses, different IR spectra can be obtained with the resulting powders. In comparison with IR spectra, the IR spectrum from chicken bile is significantly different with that of other animals; whereas there are very good consistency among the chicken biles from different origin samples. The analyses of chicken bile show the chemical composition of chicken bile is different from that of other animals and the biles of diffirent chicken have essentially same chemical composition.
