摘    要:超细ZnO具有表面效应、体积效应、久保效应以及优良的光活性、电活性、烧结活性和催化活性 ,可用来制造气体传感器、荧光体、紫外线遮蔽材料、变阻器、图像记录材料、压电材料、压敏电阻、高效催化剂、磁性材料、陶瓷材料、化妆品及医药材料。在橡胶工业、染料油墨等领域也有应用前景[1~ 5] 。目前 ,国内外对制备超细ZnO粉体的研究文章较多 ,但以氧化锌矿为原料直接研制的文章还很少。湿化学法是近二十年来超细ZnO产品应用开发的主要活跃点之一 ,直接沉淀法是制备超细ZnO的一种重要湿化学方法 ,它是在含有一种或多种粒子的可溶…

Abstract:The manufacturing technology of high purity and ultra fine zinc oxide powder,leaching out from zinc oxide mineral by the sulfuric acid,purifying of leaching liquor,synthesizing basic zinc carbonate,cleansing,drying and calcining was studied.Many condition tests were used to determine the optimum technology process.The zinc oxide powder obtained was tested by chemical composition analysis and construction analysis.The results show that the size of zinc oxide powder,the purity and the specific surface area were all better than the required standard.
