| Abstract: | A variational calculation scheme of SU(N)/ZN lattice gauge models for large but finite N is presented. The order parameter, the internal energy (E), and the phase transition points of lattice SU(N)/ZN gauge systems for N = 3~6 are calculated. The results of (E) are in good agreement with Monte Carlo simulations. |
