Abstract:Ion chromatography was applied to the determination of 6 inorganic anions F^- , Cl^- , NO2^- , NO3^-, H2PO4- and SO4^2- in tea. The 6 anions in the sample were extracted ultrasonically with water for 20 min, at 95℃. The extract passed through the anion exchange column and the ion chromatography separation was carried out by using 1.92 mmol /L Na2CO3 + 1.80 mmol /L NaHCO3. It was found that the correlation coefficient of linear regression equations were more than 0.999, the recoveries of the method were between 94.40% - 111.8%. All relative standard deviations of areas were less than 5.0% (n = 9). This method can be applied to the analysis of the tea samples with satisfactory results.
