诺龙甲醇溶液标准物质的研制

摘    要:利用色-质联用法和红外光谱法对诺龙纯品原料定性后,采用高效液相色谱多家定值方法对诺龙纯度进行定值,经重量法配制,制得了诺龙甲醇溶液标准物质,并对制备的溶液标准物质进行均匀性和稳定性检验.对定值不确定度进行了评定,当诺龙甲醇溶液标准物质的浓度为1.00 mg/mL时,相对扩展不确定度为1.0%,k=2.

Abstract:Pure nandrolone was qualified by HPLC-MS and IR,its purity was determined by HPLC with multi-lab certification,and then the nandrolone methanol solution was prepared by gravity method.After the homogeneity and stability being tested,the concentration of nandrolone solution CRM was certified and the uncertainty was evaluated.The concentration of nandrolone methanol solution was 1.00 mg/mL with relative expanded uncertainty of 1.0%(k=2).
