排水监测质量保证体系的建立

依据ISO9000质量管理标准和ISO／IEC17025标准，从排水监测管理的目标、技术要求及完善与提高三个方面论述了建立排水监测质量体系的方法和措施，以确保排水监测的各项质量活动能够科学、公正、适时、有效地开展，并对排水监测体系中各要素制定管理方法及控制措施，以不断完善排水监测的管理，提高排水监测质量水平。

ESTABLISHING OF DRAINAGE MONITORING QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

According to ISO 9000 quality management standard and ISO/EEC 17025 standard, the methods and measures of establishing the drainage monitoring quality assurance system were discussed in the three aspects of aim, technical requirement as well as perfection and raising of drainage monitoring quality management. The various quality activities of the drainage monitoring were ensured to develop scientifically fairly, timely and effectively to low down the management and control measures for the various essential factors in the drainage monitoring system, so as to attain the goal of continuously raising and perfecting the management and quality level of the drainage monitoring.
