摘    要:以无水乙醇作为溶剂,用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸齐拉西酮的重要中间体6-氯吲哚酮的含量.测得6-吲哚酮对照品溶液浓度在0.0048~0.0200mg/mL范围之内线性关系良好,其线性方程为Y=41.484X+0.007(R^2=0.9994).平均回收率为99.11%,RSD为0.53%(n=6),结果说明方法简便、灵敏、准确,重现性好.

Abstract:The 6 - Chlorooxindole content, an important intermediate of Ziprasidone, has been determined by the UV spectrophotometry, Ethanol was chosen as the solvent. The concentration vs absorbance was linear in the range of 0. 0048 - 0.02mg/ mL,the equation of linear regression was Y = 41. 484X + 0. 007 (R^2 =0. 9994). The average recovery was 99.11%, and RDS was 0.53% (n =6). The results show that this method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
