INTRODUCTION TO DIFFERENTIAL GEOMETRY OF CURVES AND SURFACES IN A FOUR DIMENSIONAL SYMPLECTIC SPACE

The present paper constitutes the first part of our planed programs, namely,it concerns the preliminary theory of differential geometry of curves and surfaces in a four dimensional symplectic space. The second part which will appear soon later concerns mainly the theory of 2n-dimensional spaces of symplectic connections in the sense of E. Cartan.
