海藻酸/明胶共混膜结构表征及性能

摘    要:由海藻酸钠和明胶的水溶液共混,在5%(质量分数)的CaCl2水溶液中凝固,然后1%(质量分数)的HCl水溶液处理,成功制得海藻酸/明胶共混膜,采用红外光谱,X-射线衍射,原子吸收光谱,扫描电镜对共混膜进行了结构表征,并对共混膜的透光率,吸水率及力学性能进行了测试,结果表明,共混膜中海藻酸与明胶分子间存在着强的相互作用及良好的相容性,其中Ca^2 交联和海灌酸与明胶分子间静电作用使共混膜力学性能是到了显著改善,此共混膜可望成为一种潜在的伤口包扎,止血及人造皮肤材料。

Abstract:The blend films were successfully prepared by coagulating a mixture of sodium alginate and gelatin in aqueous solution with 5%(w/w) CaCl 2, and then by treating with 1%(w/w) HCl aqueous solution. Their structure and properties were studied by infrared spectra, X-ray diffraction, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, scanning electron micrograph, optical transmittance, percent water absorpion and measurements of mechanical properties. The results indicated there was some strong interaction and good compatibility between alginic acid and gelatin molecular. The mechanical properties of the blend films was obviously improved, owing to a Ca 2 crosslinked bridge and a strong electrostatic interaction.
