Emission of electrons from mim systems: Angular distribution

The paper brings the survey of greater number of experimentally derived angular distributions of electrons emitted from sandwich cathodes at various leakage voltages and temperatures. Measured angular distributions consist of central maximum and the background in the form of side maximum. The magnitude and position of this second maximum is evaluated statistically in the dependence on cathode parameters.This paper is based on the RNDr thesis of the first author.
