脑活素类生物制剂中锰、钴、镍的测定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收法直接测定了八种不品牌的脑活素类生物制剂中锰、钴、镍的含量。将七种国产品牌制剂与奥地利脑活素微量元素含量间进行比较,统计结果表明:Mn,五种差异非常显著,一种差异显著,一种无显著差异,;Co,六种差异非常显著,一种无显著差异;

Abstract:The content of Mn, Co and Ni in eight kinds of cerebrolysin biological preparation was determined by FAAS. The content of trace elements in seven kinds of Chinese medicine product of cerebrolysin biological preparation with that in the medicine made by Austria was compared. The statistical results show that the content of Mn in five kind of cerebrolysin bilogical has greatly sighnicant difference with controls (P<0.01 ), while one cerebrolysin biological preparation has significant difference with the contrds (P < 0.05 ), and one kind of cerebrolysin biological has no significant difference (P>0.05 ); the content of Co in six biological has greatly significant deference with the controls (P < 0.01 ), while one biological preparation has no significant difference with the controls (P > 0.05 ); the content of Ni in five biological has greatly significant difference with the controls (P < 0.01 ), while two biological preparations have no significant difference with the controls (P > 0.01 ). It provided a useful data for using medicine on clinical practice.
