| 摘 要： | 报道了反相色谱法测定杀虫剂中吡虫啉的含量，该法采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８（２５０ｍｍ×４．０ｍｍ，１０μｍ），柱，以甲醇－水（含０．１％二乙胺，ｐＨ５．０），（３５：６５，Ｖ／Ｖ，１．０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ）为流动相，紫外检测波长为２７０ｎｍ，０．１６ＡＵＦＳ，样品可直接用甲醇超声提取。样品中吡虫啉平均回收率≥９７．４３％，相对标准偏差≤２．１％。
