| Abstract: | The interaction between heparin and antithrombin Ⅱ was studied by means of the homemade QCM-FIA and the related calculation software.The heparin molecules were covalently immobilized onto the surface of gold electrode,on which a layer of poly(glycidyl methacrylate) thin membrane was constructed in advance,via the interaction of epoxy groups with amino groups of heparin molecules.The experimental results obtained accord with the data obtained from the related affinity chromatography experiment. |
