摘    要:建立了GC-MS/FID测定环境空气中57种臭氧前体物的分析方法.优化三级冷阱捕集温度、三级冷阱解析温度、初始柱温、毛细管色谱柱等实验条件.优化条件为:采用硅烷化的苏玛罐采集环境空气,目标组分经三级冷阱在-180℃低温浓缩富集,80℃解析,初始柱温为15℃,结合中心切割技术,将乙烷、乙烯、乙炔、丙烷、丙烯切割至TG-B...

Abstract:A method was established for the determination of 57 ozone precursors compounds in ambient air by GC-MS/FID.Capture temperature and desorption temperature of the three stage cold trap,initial column temperature,capillary column were optimized.The optimization conditions showed that Ambient air was collected by summa canister,target components were enriched at-180℃by three-stage cold trap,were desorped at 80℃;initial column was 15℃.Combined with central cutting,ethane,ethylene,acetylene,propane,propylene were separated by TG-Bond-Plot-Q+(30 m×0.32 mm×10μm)column,detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by external standard method.Other target components were separated by TR-V1 column(60 m×0.25 mm×1.4μm),detected by MS with scan mode and sim mode for determination.The internal standard was adopted for quantification.The results showed that when the injection volume was 400 mL,ethane,ethylene,acetylene,propane,propylene showed good fitting relationship and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.9990,the detection limits were in the range of 0.05~0.13 nmol·mol-1;The average response factor’s(RRF)RSDs of other target components were less than 10%,the detection limits were in the range of0.05~0.25 nmol·mol-1,the average of recoveries were in the range of 70.0~120%.The method solves the interference of humidity and carbon dioxide on low carbon light hydrocarbons,is good precision and high accuracy in qualitative and quantitative analysis.It is suitable for the determination of 57 ozone precursors compounds.
