| 摘 要： | 二极管阵列检测器 (DAD) ,高效液相色谱法定性定量测定辣椒产品中的苏丹红 I。方法具有良好的稳定性和重现性 ,切实可行。分析结果表明 ,在我国的辣椒及其制品中未曾检测到该物质的存在。

| Abstract: | HPLC is a simple,reproducible,and sensitive method to qualify and quantity the Sudan I in hot chilli. The result shows that no Sudan I is detected in hot chilli and related products in China. |
