离面客观散斑法

摘    要:
本文提出了一种可同时获得面内位移和离面位移一阶导数的方法——离面客观散斑法,该法具有功能多、装置简单、无需隔振、对刚体位移不敏感等特点。文中论述了此法的基本原理,应用傅里叶光学理论和空间散斑的运动规律推导了计算公式,研制的表面处理技术操作简便,增强条纹反差效果十分明显,实验值与计算结果符合较好。

Abstract:
This paper presents a method for measuring in-plane displacement and off-piane slope-off-plane objective method. It has very simple optical ser-up, but multi-functions. It is insensitive to rigid-body movement and vibration of test bench. In the paper, the formulas are derived by Fourier optics and the movement of space speckle. A treatment technique to the surface of specimen is proposed, which can largely improve the quality of the fringe of objective speckle method. The test data agree well with the theory.
