推拉型有机材料的多重存储特性研究

摘    要:将新合成的推拉型偶氮化合物掺入PMMA中制成薄膜器件,研究了该器件的多重存储特性,实现了三重存储摄影记录及三重存储光电时间状态观测,研究了多重存储的竞争现象,给出多重存储有关现象的机理解释。

Abstract:A new synthesized push pull azobenzene compound was doped in PMMA film, its multiple storage characterization was studied, and the photograph recording of triple storage as well as observation of photoelectric storage time situation were performed; the competition recording among multiple storage was studied. The mechanism of relation phenomena of multiple storage is explained.
