| 摘 要： | 以没食子酸为标准品,采用福林-酚(Folin-Ciocalteu)法测定多酚含量.结果表明,没食子酸在浓度为1-6μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),谷精草提取物中多酚含量为5.58％,平均回收率为99.7％,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.74％.该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于谷精草提取物中多酚含量的测定.

| Abstract: | With gallic acid as standard material,the content of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry.There was a good linear relationship between concentration of gallic acid and absorbance in the range of 1—6μg/mL (r=0.9999).The content of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was 5.58%.The average recovery was 99.7%,and RSD was 0.74%.The method is convenient, sensitive,accurate and reliable for the determination of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern. |
