| Abstract: | The highly efficient red-orange-yellow-emitting phosphor (Ca1−xSrx)(S1−ySey):Eu2+ in combination with commercial green phosphor SrGa2S4:Eu2+ and blue LED are proposed for a three-band white LED. The luminescence mechanism and optimization parameters are discussed on the basis of proposed peak wavelength diagram. |
