摘    要:
介绍了当前国际上流行的一种用于固体激光器被动锁模以获得皮秒和飞秒宽度脉冲的新型半导体吸收体 半导体可饱和吸收镜的基本原理和制作方法。描述了利用半导体可饱和吸收镜和倍频晶体获得可见光超短脉冲激光方面的研究现状,指出半导体可饱和吸收镜的使用将会加速超短脉冲三基色激光器的研制进程。

Abstract:
The fundamental principle and manufacture method of a kind of novel semiconductor absorber (semiconductor saturable absorption mirror ) that is used for passive modelocking of solid-state lasers and prevail in the world is introduced. The circumstance of research in obtaining visible ultrashort pulse laser by semiconductor saturable absorption mirror and doubling crystal is stated. By using semiconductor saturable absorption mirror the study of tricolor ultrashort laser may be accelerated greatly.
