三聚氰胺分析检测方法的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了三聚氰胺的物理和化学性质、用途,及其作为食品添加剂对人体健康的危害;重点总结了三聚氰胺现有的各种检测方法;并就各种检测方法的优劣进行了比较.指出三聚氰胺是一种工业原料,而在食品中添加三聚氰胺会危害人们的身体健康,甚至致人死亡;正因为如此,"三鹿奶粉事件"的发生为社会敲响了警钟,引起了人们对三聚氰胺及其衍生物的普遍关注.

Abstract:A review is provided about the physical and chemical properties and use of melamine, as well as its hazard as a food additive to human health. Currently available methods for analyzing and testing melamine are summed up and compared with respect to their advantages and disadvantages. It is pointed out that as one of industrial raw materials, melamine added into food as an additive is hazardous to people's health and can even cause death. This is why "Sanlu milk powder incident" ringed the alarm to our society and aroused great concern about mela mine and its derivatives.
