摘    要:用水溶性凝胶渗透色谱法研究了芸芝多糖在水溶性凝胶柱上的吸附影响因素,建立了最佳分离、测试条件,成功地将芸芝多糖的混合物分离为三个组分,并测试各组分的分子量分别为1190000;796000;552000。各组分相对百分含量分别为83.6%,8.9%,7.5%。

Abstract:The Polysaccharide Krestin is a mixture of Proteoglycan , it is obtained from coriolus versiolor in Basidimycete , It has the medical performance of anti - caneer, conteract inflammation , enhancement of the system and inhibition, With aqueous gel permeation chromatography , we discuss the effect of mobile phase to the adsorption of the PSK on the Ultrahydrogelcoumn. We find that the optimum ion strength of the mobile phase is 0.05mol/L NaNO3 . Theoptimum condition of separation and determination are established. The results show that the PSKis made of three fractins . Molecular weight and relative content of the first 、the second、the thirdcomponent of the PSK are 1190000, 83. 6%;796000, 8. 9%;552000,7.5% respectively.
