| 摘 要： | JJF1059-1999<测量不确定度的评定与表示>指出可以用不确定度作为评判分析方法准确度的标准,使得借助标准样品来进行分析的诸多分析方法有望成为标准分析方法.本文对X射线荧光光谱分析和光电直读光谱分析的测量不确定度在铜及铜合金中的评定与应用进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The uncertainty can be used to assess the certainty of analysis methods,as indicated in JJF1059-1999 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.In this paper,evaluation and application of uncertainty in measurement were studied in the analysis with direct reading spectrometric and X-ray fluorescence spectrometric methods in the determination of copper in copper alloy. |
