| Abstract: | Determination of mercury, arsenic and cadmium in unfried and fried fish samples has been carried out by neutron activation
followed by chemical separation to remove the interfering activities of copper, zinc etc. This paper presents results of finding
on losses of mercury, arsenic and cadmium in the unfried and fried fish. |
