摘    要:本文研制了有杆抽油泵井下示功图计算机诊断系统。能直接根据所测地面光杆的载荷和位移信号,计算及绘制井下示功图,并据此诊断整个抽油系统的工作状况。

Abstract:In this paper the computer diagnostic system of the subsurface dynagraphs of sucker rod pumps is developed. It is composed of a digital dynamometer, a data acquisition interface, and a computer system. The subsurface dynagraphs are calculated and plotted according to the measured load and displacement from a polished rod on the ground. Then, the operation conditions of the whole pumping system can be monitored and diagnosed.
