Convergence of sequential and asynchronous nonlinear paracontractions

Abstract:Summary We establish the convergence of sequential and asynchronous iteration schemes for nonlinear paracontracting operators acting in finite dimensional spaces. Applications to the solution of linear systems of equations with convex constraints are outlined.
