摘    要:通过分析传统方法在方案形成与指标获取方面的不足,综合应用GIS与灰色关联分析,构建了顾及方案形成与指标获取的正常蓄水位优选综合评价模型,并提出了基于GIS的方案指标获取方法.针对现有灰色关联模型对不同评价尺度指标分开处理的局限,改进了灰色关联度分析模型,并引入了相对理想度的概念.通过逆向指标正向化,将正常蓄水位方案矩阵转换为理想度矩阵,使不同量纲的指标数据经归一化后具有相同的评价尺度,从而为关联度计算提供可靠的数据.最后,通过实例证明了GIS方法的可操作性和综合评价模型的正确性.

Abstract:By analyzing the deficiency of the existing approach on scheme building and indexes catching,the author designs a comprehensive evaluation model for normal water level which combines GIS technology with grey correlation analysis.The model considers both scheme building and indexes catching.A method of catching scheme indexes which based on GIS technology is brought up,Then due to the deficiency of existing grey correlation analysis model on different evaluation scales,the grey correlation analysis model is improved and the concept of ideal matrix is proposed.By reversing the inverse indexes to transform scheme indexes matrix into ideal matrix,dimensional different indexes have the same evaluation scale and it provides reliable data for correlation calculation.At last,practical application shows that GIS method is operable and comprehensive evaluation model is available.
