| 摘 要： | 将高效液相色谱仪与蒸发光散射检测器联用,用C18柱实现了肉产品中3种四环素类抗生素和己烯雌酚的同时检测.探讨了不同流动相及ELSD参数对灵敏度的影响,对ELSD与紫外检测器进行了比较,并对实际样品进行了分析. |

| Abstract: | A method,which determined simultaneously three kinds of tetracyclines antibiotics and diethylstilbestrol in meat product with C18 column by liquid chromatography coupled to evaporative light scattering detector, was described. Effects of different mobile phase and parameters of ELSD on the response were studied, and the ELSD was compared with UV detector. The real samples were analyzed. |
