烟草制品中紫苏葶的气相色谱/质谱法分析

以二氯甲烷为溶剂，丙酸苯乙酯为内标，将烟草制品进行萃取，经固相萃取柱纯化，采用气相色谱／质谱法定量分析了烟草制品中的紫苏葶．方法的定性检测限为0．11μ/g，定量检测限为0．36μ/g，平均回收率为95．53％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1．89％．

Determination of Perillartine in Cigarettes by GC/MS

Cigarettes were extracted by the solution with dichloromethane as the solvent and 2 -phenlethy propionate as the internal standard, then the extracted liquid was purified by solid - phase extracted column, Perillartine in cigarettes was quantitatively determined by GC/MS. The detectable limit of the method was about 0.11 μg/g, and the quantitative limit was about 0.36μg/g, the average recovery of periUartine was 95.53% and RSD was 1.89%. The contents of perillartine in ten cigarettes were also determined by the method.
