Study of inclusions and growth bands in potassium bichromate crystals grown from aqueous solutions |

| Abstract: | The nature of inclusions and growth bands in potassium bichromate crystals obtained from aqueous solutions and their formation in relation to growth temperature and supersaturation are investigated. It is observed that impurities present in solution, fluctuations in growth temperature and high growth rates are responsible for their formation. |
